Shopping Basics

Mega V Boutique offers a fuss-free online shopping experience by creating a user-friendly website catalog. Add to basket/cart items you wish to purchase. You can review your order list and change or remove items anytime.

Please note that Mega V Boutique will only reserve items in your basket if your order and payment are confirmed.

If you’re happy with your selection, proceed to checkout and fill out the necessary billing and shipping information.

Choose from which you would like to settle your payment.

Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number, order list, and shipping information. You now proceed with settling your payment through the available payment options.

Mega V Boutique only allows a 2-day reservation period upon placement of order. Confirmed orders will remain on hold until payment has been received.

Failure to pay within the given timeframe will automatically cancel your order.

We don’t offer these options at the moment.

Availability

Products offered and displayed on our site are in stock, available for purchase, and ready for dispatch. Occasionally, if some items are popular and in demand, they will sell out very quickly. If we fail to fulfill your order, we will contact you within 48 hours to process your refund.

Some items posted on our official Instagram account are either out of stock, sold out, or only available in our physical store. You are always open to inquiring if you have items you’re interested in purchasing. We can arrange your order via Instagram. 

Production lines are kept in small quantities to prevent overproduction and deadstock inventory. We only prioritize restocking items that are in demand and popular.

Items that fall in the ‘Special Release’ category may only be released once or twice, depending on the availability of the materials used.  

Payments

Mega V Boutique offers the following payment methods:

  • Paypal for Paypal Accounts or Credit/Debit Card Payments
  • Online Bank Transfer or Over-the-Counter Bank Deposit (BDO, BPI & METROBANK)
  • G-Cash

To proceed with your order, follow the payment instructions shown upon checkout. Fill out the necessary information needed in the shipping and billing section.

You may either send your payment through Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Gcash) or via Paypal (Credit Card or Debit Card).

Once payment is settled, kindly email a copy of your proof of payment to order@megavboutique.com with subject – ‘PAYMENT – ORDER #, FULL NAME’

Shipping & Delivery

Mega V Boutique charges a flat shipping fee of P155 for Metro Manila and P175 shipping fee for Provincial Areas. Items are shipped via J&T Express and LBC Express.

Estimated delivery time usually takes 2-3 days within Metro Manila. 3-5 days for Provincial Areas. All items are coming from Ilocos Norte.

Bear in mind that Mega V Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays or problematic deliveries. Expect occasional delays due to quarantine restrictions, weather, and other travel factors.

Mega V Boutique offers worldwide shipping with a standard rate of P 3,500 not exceeding 3 kg. All items are shipped via DHL or LBC. For international orders, contact us directly via instagram/megavboutique or send an email to hello@megavboutique.com.

Please be aware that your home country may charge import taxes & customs duties when the order arrives at the country of destination.

These duties & taxes are required to be paid by the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.

We don’t offer this option at the moment.

If you have inputted an incorrect shipping address on your order, please contact via Instagram as soon as possible. We will attempt to update any incorrect order details. Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Orders returned due to an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost of stolen packages.

Before submitting your order, kindly review if your details are accurate.

Care

Each garment is unique in terms of fabric/style and requires utmost love and care. To make them last for a long time, we recommend following these care tips:

Turn inside out before washing. Gentle hand wash with cold water or machine wash in a delicate setting. Do not wring. Do not use bleach. Hand dry in a shady spot. Iron or steam in a low setting. For bright and dark colored linens, reverse side out before ironing to avoid getting patches and color from fading. 

Each parcel includes a ‘Care Tip’ note card.
