RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Mega V Boutique has a 7-day exchange policy. After this period, we will no longer be able to accept returns or exchanges. Return items must be in their original condition in which you received them – unwashed, unaltered, unworn, tags still attached, and free from traces of make-up and perfume. Items under discounted price are not eligible for return and exchange/refund.

Customers are to cover the cost of returns unless their item is deemed faulty/incorrect.

Items purchased as final sale, with a promotional code or store credit, are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange unless the items are deemed faulty.

Mega V Boutique reserves the right to decline return items that do not meet the following conditions above. Returns that are not accepted will be sent back to the customer and refused a refund.

What Do I Do If I Receive A Faulty/Incorrect Order?

We sincerely apologize if your order is not perfect!

Mega V Boutique does proper quality control before packing and shipping out orders. Kindly contact us at hello@megavboutique.com within 48 hours upon receipt of the item/s. Please email us a brief description with a supporting photo or 2 showing the defect/fault. 

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items with damages due to general wear and tear aren’t faulty.

Mega V Boutique will carefully examine your return request and notify you through email if the product/s can be returned or if you have the right to a refund.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method you used to place the order. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected on your end. We recommend checking with your payment provider for more information on their current processing times.

 

What If I Chose The Wrong Size?

You may request a return and exchange within seven (7) days upon receipt of the item/s, granted that items are still in pristine condition. Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with tags still attached, and free from traces of makeup or perfume.

If the initial style ordered is already out of stock or the size is unavailable, Mega V Boutique allows exchange in other style/s of the same price or higher.

If the replacement item is of a lower value, you may use the excess balance on another item/s or will serve as store credit for future purchases. If the replacement item is of a higher price, you will have to cover the difference.

All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the item is deemed faulty/incorrect.

Items purchased as final sale, with a promotional code or store credit, are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange unless the items are deemed faulty. For international orders, Mega V Boutique will not offer exchanges.

*In order to make sure you can return items within the timeframe specified in our return policy, we recommend that you try on all items as soon as they have been received. This will give you enough time to make sure the items fit and meet your expectations.*

 

Can I Get A Refund?

Mega V Boutique wants you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. Mega V Boutique will issue refunds as store credit for future purchases. Items purchased as final sale, with promotional code and store credit are not eligible for return and refund unless the items are deemed faulty. 

Store Credit is only valid for one year from the date of issue. Any unused amount after the expiry date of the store credit will not be refunded or available to use. Store credits cannot be transferred to another person or email address. Store credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded.

Please note that shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed/refunded.
